Following what we read in the New Testament, we believe that local churches are responsible for their own government through the leadership of team of elders. The elders lead, oversee, and care for the church. Wellspring Family Church currently has four elders: Jon Beardon, Simon Stephenson, Phil Eggleton and Pete Collinson.
Simon and Pauline have ministered in the Church of England since 1976, and most recently at Hingham and HMP Wayland.
They moved to Dereham in March 2005 and became members of Wellspring Family Church.
