Following what we read in the New Testament, we believe that local churches are responsible for their own government through the leadership of team of elders. The elders lead, oversee, and care for the church. Wellspring Family Church currently has three elders: Jon Beardon, Phil Eggleton and Pete Collinson.
Phil lives in Dereham with his wife Lucy and three girls; Maddie, Amelia and Evie. He enjoys walks along the coast followed by pub lunches next to a roaring fire.
Pete lives in Dereham with his wife, Hannah, and children, Elaine and James. Pete recently gave up teaching to work for the church. In his spare time, enjoys football, cricket, studying history and eating good food.
